This part is used, tested and guaranteed working. These monitors do not have any dead pixels or other screen defects. The can have some scuffs and scrapes on the bezel and back plastics.
WARRANTIED AGAINST DOA **
This product is Warrantied against DOA
All products are warrantied against DOA. Dead On Arrival (Please note this warranty is void if the product is tampered with i.e. cases opened etc.) In the event that your item arrives DOA please contact us. At our discretion we will either ship a replacement or have your account credited. You will not be responsible for any return shipping charges.
If you believe that your item has arrived in a condition that was not specified on the auction please contact us. We require that you send us the serial number for your item, as well as pictures. We will then be able to remedy the situation.
You have thirty days from the day your product arrives
to contact us of any issues.
In the event, that we are not contacted within the thirty days. Any
issues will remain unresolved.
We have a full service shipping department. Typically our products are shipped via UPS ground. At our discretion other methods may be used. Please contact us if you prefer to use a specific method, or if you wish to use your own personal account to ship your items. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT SHIP VIA USPS.
To Ensure safer shipments to our customers we use high quality packaging materials. This may be the cause of a higher shipping rate.
Once you have completed the checkout process combining multiple auctions is no longer an option. Please contact us before this step for your adjusted shipping totals.
We are only responsible for shipping to the address used in the checkout process. We need to be contacted before shipment if this address needs to be corrected.
Shipments going to Canada: Customer is responsible for all import duty
and local tax. Also ACE is not responsible for any Brokerage Fees, or
any additonal fees. Please verify with customs with any questions regarding
this.
Pick up of the item can be arranged. We need to be notified of the day and time you will be picking up the item to ensure the item and paperwork is prepared.
